The BergZeit holiday apartment is your cozy base and retreat at the same time. The house nestles on a hillside in the foothills of the Kranzberg and is surrounded by mountain meadows. It can be reached on foot via steps - your car remains on the associated parking space.
Unique: The large living area with panoramic windows to the Karwendel. And in front of it the terraced balcony. The view sweeps over the entire village and is in no way inferior to the view from a mountain hut.
A comfortable reading and working corner is also suitable for working in the home office.
WLAN SMART TV with Magenta TV and apps for Netflix, Prime Video, RTL and DAB+ radio (incl. Bluetooth) are set up for you and can be used with your own access. The open living area with a separate bedroom covers the entire attic. The kitchen is fully equipped, the modern bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The BergZeit apartment was completely renovated in spring 2022 and furnished to a high standard in a modern alpine style. You can use the generously designed apartment for a relaxing holiday in the mountains, or do business in the small office alcove.
